A Letter from the Founder

Greetings All and Welcome! 

My name is Daniel (Danny) Prieto (he/him/his), and I am a Professional and Executive Leadership Coach.  My career as a Leadership Coach started very early on in my life when I was able to listen effectively in all conversations and when I was able to utilize the power of inquiry to help individuals think about what they were sharing.  I didn't know that this was a part of Leadership Coaching at the time, but I definitely had a knack for it.  I never understood why colleagues, friends, and family always came to me to share their concerns and to have me listen to what they were going through.  But now it all made sense.   I was able to utilize my intuition to guide the conversation and assist others in realizing their full potential when pursuing solutions to dilemmas at hand.  It wasn't until June of 2021, however, that I found that this was actually a studied field and potential career path.  Thus, Daniant Leadership Coaching was founded as a result of my personal and professional experiences - both being influenced by my love to help others.  

I have obtained my certification in Professional Coaching via New York University’s School of Professional Studies’ Certification in Professional Coaching program, with over 150 ICF-accredited training hours. Additionally I am currently in the process of becoming certified within the International Coaching Federation (ICF) which is the national accredited organization of Coaching.

 My role in Coaching is to help guide you to see your potential, your humanity, and your power - all which will allow you to meet any goals that you’d like to achieve. Additionally, the lenses that I focus much of my coaching are based off of cultural humility, emotional intelligence, and diversity & inclusion practices.
